Royce Bartholomew,CRNA
Royce Bartholomew graduated from BYU with a degree in nursing, then went on to receive a master's degree in biology with an emphasis in human physiology and a certification as a nurse anesthetist in 1989. He founded Sweet Dreams, LLC, an office-based anesthesia company in 2000. He has performed over 20,000 intravenous sedation anesthetics over the past 20 years. Royce has donated numerous hours doing anesthesia work to facilitate children's dentistry and surgery in third world countries. He and his wife enjoy boating, waterskiing, hiking, singing, and spending time with their children and grandchildren. Royce also plays the cello in the community orchestra.
Ryan Bartholomew,CRNA
Ryan Bartholomew was born and raised in Springville, Utah. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor's degree in nursing, before completing a Master’s degree in Nurse Anesthesia at the University of Kansas. Ryan comes to our practice with 15 years of healthcare experience including 10 years of providing anesthesia. Ryan has experience with a variety of patient populations from pediatrics to older adults and has worked in critical care medicine, emergency medicine, surgical services, and rural healthcare. Most recently, he served as chief of anesthesia services in a hospital surgical setting in Kansas.
Ryan is happy to be back in Utah near extended family. He is married with 5 children. He enjoys woodworking, biking, soccer, and trying to convince his 140 lb. Great Dane that his shadow isn’t that scary.
